Buckskin Bread

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

Sift together the dry ingredients, then quickly mix in the water. Press the dough into a 9" pie pan and bake in a hot oven, 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. This is the perfect bread for "sopping up" potlikker and gravies.
