Corn Bread
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup honey
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In batter bowl, whisk together the flour,
cornmeal, sea salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine the liquid
ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and blend just to mix thoroughly.
Butter an 8 by 8 inch baking pan. Pour
in the batter and bake 18-20 minutes.
