Croutons for Rodeo Week

slices of fresh bread
olive oil
Zip or "Hey Cowboy" Toppings

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and then using your favorite cookie cutters, cut out shapes. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle on the Zip. Heat a large skillet or broiler pan, and then toast or broil the bread pieces just until nicely browned. Serve with soup or salads, or cheese platters.
