Can be made on the dough setting in any machine, or can be kneaded by
hand
1 1/4 cups warm water (not over 110 degrees!)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast (SAF brand)
Upon completion of the dough cycle, remove dough. Form into rolls, place
on a greased baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap loosely, and let rise
in a warm draft-free location for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated
375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes.
