1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/4 cups water
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons SAF Instant Yeast
For a bread machine, place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed,
select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle
ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1
hour before slicing. Try this bread toasted and spread with cream
cheese.
