Tomato Beef

3/4 pound lean beef steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch wide strips across the grain and about 1/8 inch thick, or 2-3 smoked chicken apple sausages
1 tablespoon cornstarch if using beef strips
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
2 green onions, slivered
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
1-2 red ripe tomatoes, sliced and seeded
1-2 tablespoons Chinese Marinade or other sauce of choice

Dredge the beef slices with cornstarch. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, and then quickly add the beef strips or the sausage chunks, green onions, and garlic. Stir fry until done. Add the tomato slices and the Chinese Marinade and heat through. Serve.
