Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup Plugra unsalted butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 cups chocolate chips, preferably Guittard's baking chips in your choice of milk, dark, or white chocolate (or a combo of all 3)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, cream together thoroughly the soft butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add the sour milk and then the remaining ingredients. Using non-stick baking pans or pans lined with parchment paper, drop the mixture using teaspons for small, tablespoons for large cookies, onto the baking pans. Do not flatten. Bake about 10 -12 minutes, or until cookies are set and turning brown. Using a flat spatula, transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
