14 oz. jar of Artichoke hearts (packed in water)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese (please use fresh)
3/4/ c mayonnaise
1/4 c plain sour cream (can use yogurt)
1 garlic clove, minced
dash of salt
2 T lemon juice
1 scallion, chopped
3-4- shakes Tabasco Sauce
Mix ingredients in food processor until smooth, serve with hard bread
pieces or bread sticks.
When I serve it I grill bagette sliced
with olive oil sprayed on and when done rub with clove of garlic.
