6 medium zucchini squash, grilled
6 green chili, roasted, peeled and chopped (this can be substituted with
canned green chili)
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups grated cheese
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Slice squash and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill until just tender.
Arrange vegetables in layers in a baking dish with cheese between each
layer. Top with cheese.
Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until browned.
