Puff Cut-Outs with Coulis and Fruits

1 package frozen puff pastry, or make your own
1 recipe fruit coulis
sliced fresh fruits, of your choice
1/2 cup White Satin chocolate, for garnish

Thaw the puff pastry as package directs. Cut out interesting shapes using cookie cutters. Place on a baking sheet, using the trimmings as little garnishes for the tops. A little dab of beaten egg will help to glue the pieces together.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely. To serve, swirl a puddle of fruit coulis on serving plates, and place the puff pastry in the puddle. Arrange sliced fruits over and around the puff. For a garnish, melt the chocolate for about 1 minute in a plastic baggie in your microwave oven. Snip off one corner, and carefully drizzle the chocolate over the puffs in an interesting design. Serve.
