Lisa's Pizza Kitchenware for Pizza Stones and Pizza Peels.

Place pizza or baking stone on bottom rack of oven. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Prepare dough. Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal. Roll out dough and place on peel. Spread with a little sauce, tapenade, or pesto. Sprinkle or arrange other ingredients over sauce.

Brush edges with olive oil. Slip pizza onto hot stone in oven. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until browned and crisp. It depends on the thickness of the crust, the type of filling, etc. Place on cutting board, allow to cool slightly and cut into slices.
