Fastest Ever Dried Beans

1 pound dried beans (we are using Anasazi)
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons Spicy Island Bean Blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water or broth to cover the beans

Place all ingredients in cooker and lock lid in place. Bring to high pressure and cook for 23 minutes.

Let pressure come down naturally, or use a quick release method. Use a slotted spoon to taste the consistency of the beans.

Simmer without the cover a few more minutes, if desired.
