1-2 small zucchini, unpeeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
New Mexican dried chili, or Chili Pepper Blend
1 pound dark chocolate
Slice the zucchini and sprinkle with chili powder. In batter bowl,
microwave the chocolate 1 minute on high. Stir and microwave another 30
seconds to finish melting. Pat each slice of zucchini with a paper towel
and then dip into the chocolate. Place on waxed paper to harden. Serve!
Great with a big red wine.
