1 pound small potatoes
pinch of sea salt
splash of olive oil
2-3 slices bacon, or snipped Serrano ham
1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1 tablespoon minced chives
Rinse potatoes and place in "ugly pot" with the salt and olive oil.
Cover. Microwave on high about 5 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Place in serving bowl, with toothpicks for spearing. In meantime, cook
bacon and crumble well. Have a dish of creme fraiche and a dish of the
bacon for serving. Chives are great, too.
