1 cup pitted olives
1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh Italian parsley
3 1/2 tablespoons fine olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons capers
1 large clove garlic, minced
hot pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients, and season to taste. Serve at room temperature.
